Section 1. RoseBerry usage terms

1.1. Original assets and textures created by RoseBerry are intended for FFXIV use only

1.2. RoseBerry creations products can only be found on Payhip, Ko-fi, Patreon or XMA

1.3. All RoseBerry Creations products are considered digital goods

1.4. All licensed products by other creators (ZAO, Hezeh) are under their owner’s Terms & Conditions

Section 2. Prohibited & Permitted Actions

2.1. Reselling, redistributing or claiming ownership of RoseBerry creations is strictly prohibited

2.2. Sharing, trading or price splitting of any RoseBerry creations product is strictly prohibited

2.3. Selling edits of RoseBerry creations products is strictly prohibited

2.4. All RoseBerry creations products are not allowed to be ported to Lalafell

2.4.1. Permission to port products to lalafell can be granted privately, via discord DM.

2.5. Any RoseBerry Creations products found in other website that are not Ko-fi, Payhip or Patreon of RoseBerry are not permitted

2.6. The use of RoseBerry Creations products to promote bigotry, misogyny, hate speech or illegal activites is striclty prohibited

Section 3. Refund policy

3.1. Due to the nature of digital good, all purchases are final and not refundable

3.2. If any issue has been found, please contact RoseBerry on discord

Section 4. Editing of assets

4.1. Private edits of RoseBerry creations products are permitted

4.2. If a product is currently paywalled, edits must be kept private

4.3. If a product is currently free, edits can be uploaded to XMA, with due credit to RoseBerry

Section 5. Upscales

5.1. Upscales of free products are allowed

5.1.1. Free products upscales can have the textures included in the modpack

5.2. Upscales of paywalled products are not allowed

5.2.1. Private upscales of paywalled products are allowed

5.2.2. Upscales of paywalled products will be outsourced and included in the original product

5.2.3. Every outsourced upscale is done by renowned creators and paid accordingly

5.3. Upscales to different bodies are permitted and must abide to the terms of use

Section 6. Commissions of products

6.1. Private edits commissions of RoseBerry creations products are permitted

6.2. Both parties involved in a commission agreement of a RoseBerry Creations product must own the product before the commission begins

Section 7. RoseBerry Creations Commissions

7.1. RoseBerry creations will open commissions when the schedule permits it

7.2. All commissions are announced on the discord server

7.3. Commissions are not first come, first serve

7.4. A google form will be provided when commissions slots are available

7.4.1. The google form will be open for at least a week before RoseBerry chooses which commissions will be chosen

7.5. Payment for commissions is done with pound sterling (£/GBP)

7.5.1. A paypal invoice will be issued for payment

7.5.2. Payments should be done in 72 hours, unless privately warned about delay

7.5.3. Commissions will only start after payment is completed.

7.6. Refunds of the commission are permitted, within the following conditions

7.6.1. If the commission was paid but the model hasn’t been made yet, a 100% refund can be issued

7.6.2. If the commission has been paid and the model is done, but textures are not done, a 50% refund can be issued

7.6.3. If the commission has been paid and the model and textures are done, refunds cannot be issued

7.7. Commissions that don’t include privacy fee, will be released on ko-fi, patreon and payhip after some time

7.7.1. Comissions without privacy fee will stay private for a minimum of 3 months.

7.7.2. RoseBerry Creations can decide what will happen with commissions without privacy fee after 3 months

7.8. A privacy fee of 50% of the total cost of the commission will be issued if the commissioner wants the commission to be private
