I was born in Lisbon, Portugal way back in the 1980s. I'm not sure where the love for travelling came from but suspect it may have had something to do with the Tintin comics I worshipped as a kid. I've always been a curious guy, so it kind of figures! Moving to London in 2007 provided me with the opportunity to start travelling often and it’s safe to say I never really stopped. Between a few short escapades and an 18-month round-the-world trip, I eventually quit my full-time marketing job at the end of 2018 to focus on travelling and writing about my adventures.
