Except as set out in this agreement, all sales are final.

Exceptions

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel the contract for a purchase of Products from us for a refund within a period of 14 days beginning from the day the confirmation email for the purchase is sent. Once you have received your refund, you will no longer have the right to access the Product(s). This does not apply to online courses.

Please note that once you access or download any Product that you purchase, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase of that Product, and it (the Product) is no longer eligible for a refund or return.

Defective products

Rytway Designs is committed to ensuring that all our Products and Products listed on our site and partner sites are comprehensively tested and trialed to meet our strict quality control standards before being made available for purchase. In the unlikely event that a Product is found to be defective, please report it in writing to rytwaydesigns@gmail.com within 48 hours from the day of your purchase (we reserve the right to request documented proof).

Upon determining that it is a quality defect, we will send a replacement to the email address used when the initial purchase was made.

If you fail to notify us in writing of any Product defect(s) within 48 hours since you purchased the Product, you accept that neither Rytway Designs, its affiliates, nor the original authors/creators will be held liable for any loss, damage, and/or malfunction resulting from your continued use of the Product. You shall also lose the right to have any defect(s) remedied and the right to request a refund, cancellation, return, or exchange.

Online courses

Online courses are handled exclusively by Rytway Designs' affiliate, RytwayED, and are governed by the Terms and Conditions stipulated by RytwayED.

Neither Rytway Designs, its affiliates, nor the original creators/authors will be held liable for any loss, damage, and/or malfunction resulting from the use of our Product(s) in/with incompatible software, applications, and/or devices.

Refunds may incur a fee.
