Digital Products

Once an order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary download link for your purchase. You will have 2 download attempts to access your purchase via the link. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to access the link after 2 download attempts. In such a case, you will be required to place a new order for the desired Product(s).

If you place multiple orders for different products simultaneously, you will receive separate download links for each of the orders placed.

Online Courses

Online courses are handled exclusively by Rytway Designs' affiliate, RytwayED, and are governed by the Terms and Conditions stipulated by RytwayED.

Order Confirmation

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms). This occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any Product and/or to refuse service to any customer. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order or booking, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or confirmation of any order.

Payment Methods

The Rytway Designs site accepts the following payment cards: Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay, and MasterCard. Payments via PayPal are also accepted.

Depending on the country in which you are making your purchase, additional payment methods may also be available at checkout.

Please note that credit/debit cards have daily spending limits that may prevent the processing of your order. If a transaction has been declined due to credit issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit your purchase. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card for your transaction and should use another payment card.

Prices

The Rytway Designs site endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of the Product. All prices are inclusive of VAT when applicable. Rytway Designs reserves the right to change prices for Products offered on the Rytway Designs site at any time and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.
