Shannon is fun to bounce ideas around with and raises great questions about my writing practices and the characters themselves that really helped me to focus on what is important and not be distracted by extraneous details.

About Me

I am someone completely obsessed with the power of language on the human experience, especially in queer romances and detective thrillers.

In particular, I’ve got a soft spot for emotionally stunted and flawed men learning to heal through the power of unconditional love. Give me some hurt/comfort, toss in a half-bag of angst, then sprinkle in “I’m secretly a total derp”? 😚🤌🏾

I’ve also got a soft spot for emotionally stunted and flawed men using every ounce of their physical and mental prowess to pursue and catch an equally powerful antagonist. Throw in some jaw-dropping twists and reveals, emotionally devastating attacks, and a pursuit across cities, states, and even countries? 😚🤌🏾
