6. Digital Content and Cancellation Rights

(a) the content will be made available to you immediately; and  

(b) you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has begun.

This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If the digital content is faulty or does not conform to contract, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Billing and Delivery Information

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
