I created And Honestly as a home for honest reflection on love, fear, healing, connection, and becoming. These digital reflection guides are inspired by the chapters of And Honestly: Volume I. Each set is designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and put words to the feelings that are often difficult to name. Through meaningful words, reflective questions, and intentional actions, you are invited to pause, reflect, and decide what comes next. Some pages may challenge you. Others may reassure you. All of them are created to remind you that growth does not require perfection, only honesty and a willingness to begin. As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I want this to be an inclusive and emotionally honest space where people feel seen. While many of these reflections explore love and relationships, they ultimately lead us back to the relationship we have with ourselves and the love already present around us. This collection will continue to grow alongside the book, one chapter and one reflection at a time.
