The 13.0 update limits importing custom brushes—that use custom assets. If you're using the premium monthly subscription, please mention it before requesting.

If not specified, I’ll assume you’re using the free version, and will only use free assets available in-app, therefore the brush menu is very limited, so complex brush designs may not be possible.

The estimated wait time is 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity and demand.
