All downloads in my shop are digital files and no physical item will be shipped to your address.

All digital assets in my shop (brushes, textures, photoshop colorings) are for personal use, non-commercial use.

You may use them for your personal graphic projects or drawings, as long as you don't sell or create them for clients and you credit "Alicante-Design | Schmiegi" - by using a direct link to any of my listings, as a reference, for the used assets.

You may not share, resell, gift or redistribute the original files in other download packs, as-is or edited with any third party.

You may:

• You may edit or customize the assets, to match your brandings.
• You may use the assets to enhance or decorate your designs and artworks with.
• You must combine the assets with other graphic elements, to create a new design as the final product.

• You may use the tutorials and online-courses to refine your skills, and use the created work within your artworks, but you are not allowed to sell direct copies of said tutorials and online-courses, you may incorporate your own style and technique into your final artwork.
• You may share or post your creations online, e.g. on your social media sites or your personal portfolio, but you are required to link back to the tutorials or online-courses - by using a direct link to any of my online-courses, as a reference.

You may not:

• You may not use the assets to create assets or downloads of the same type/kind (e.g. textures, brushes, patterns, digital papers, etc.).
• You may not use the assets or downloads (e.g. digital brushes, textures) to create resources of any kind.
• You may not edit, alter or imitate the assets, to create a "new" end product (e.g. of the same type/kind).

The Redistribution and/or sale of original files (copied, imitated or partly edited) is prohibited.

All Tutorials and Online-Courses (Written and Recorded) are for educational purposes only - which means, you are not allowed to sell direct copies (e.g. texture designs, etc.) of my tutorials.

Try incorporate your own style, by using different techniques/filters to create an unique design. 🐌

Please not that unauthorized distribution, sharing, re-selling, gifting or piracy of our digital items is strictly prohibited.

By purchasing our digital items, you agree to use them for personal use only, and not to distribute, share or reproduce them with any third-party.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for our digital products, because they are instantly available after purchase.
