About Me
Meet Natalie
Natalie Sinclair is an accomplished sales professional, entrepreneur, author and two-time Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year Award winner.
With more than three decades of real-world sales experience, Natalie began her career in marketing and advertising at just 17. By 20, she was running a national publication, doubling its profits within months and building a loyal client base across Australia. Over the following two decades, she developed extensive expertise in publishing, advertising, business development, client relationships and sales leadership, mentoring team members from industry newcomers into high performers.
Natalie’s experience spans telephone and face-to-face cold calling, business-to-business sales, advertising, sponsorship, trade shows, retail, e-commerce, not-for-profit partnerships and real estate. In 2016, she founded Miss Monogram, transforming a creative idea into a recognised retail and e-commerce brand while strengthening her knowledge of brand positioning, digital marketing and customer engagement.
Today, Natalie is the co-founder of Sinclair Property Group, which she operates alongside her husband and business partner, Mitch. Their philosophy, “People first. Property second.”, reflects Natalie’s belief that lasting success is created through trust, empathy, honest communication and genuine relationships—not pressure or persuasion.
Known for her exceptional negotiation skills, warmth and authentic leadership, Natalie has recruited, managed, coached and mentored salespeople across teams of all shapes and sizes. Her passion is helping people recognise their natural strengths, discover their point of difference and build the confidence to sell without becoming someone else.
As a keynote speaker, facilitator and sales mentor, Natalie brings warmth, energy and refreshing honesty to the room. Her approach is practical, relatable and grounded in decades of experience making cold calls, building brands, leading teams, managing objections, negotiating outcomes and creating loyal client relationships.
Natalie created People Buy People to help business owners, salespeople, leaders and professionals rethink what great selling looks like. Her message is simple: you do not need to be pushy, polished or performative to succeed. You need to listen, communicate value, build trust and remain true to who you are.
Because when people trust the person, they become more confident in the decision and ultimately, people buy people.
