About Sharon Hurley Hall: Creator of the Unsilenced™ Method

I help people who've been silenced, sidelined, or shut down get what's in their head into the world, in a way that is structured, sustainable, and unmistakably theirs. I'm also the author of the award-winning essay collection, I'm Tired of Racism, the founder of Sharon's Anti-Racism Newsletter, and the co-founder and co-host of the Anthem Award-winning Introvert Sisters Podcast. I'm also a keynote speaker on voice, influence, introvert leadership, and anti-racism.

The Resources I've Created

The resources I've created here aim to demystify the process of getting your voice into the world through self-publishing, through newsletter creation, through showing up introverted, and much more.

The Platform I’ve Built

The Unsilenced™ Method

The Unsilenced™ Method exists because I know what it costs to have something important to say and no sanctioned way to say it. Anti-racism and introversion aren’t categories I work in; they’re the lenses that shaped everything about how this work is built, who it’s for, and why silence is never treated as a neutral outcome here. The platforms and offers below are where that work lives.

You leave with a structure, a clear path forward, and a method for being visible without burning out.

Introvert Sisters Podcast

An Anthem Award-winning show that showcases introversion as a strategic leadership strength, not a liability to be managed or apologised for.

I’m Tired of Racism

My book “I’m Tired of Racism”, an Amazon bestseller and 2025 American Writing Awards, finalist, speaks directly to Black people’s experiences while educating white readers ready for honest conversation.

Sharon’s Anti-Racism Newsletter

What started as a single essay processing my own exhaustion became a platform where I publish twice weekly, reaching 5,600+ subscribers who don’t just read—they act.

Subscriber feedback: “Sharon’s newsletter is one of the few I read every single word of, every single issue. It challenges me and gives me hope at the same time.”

SHHARE Anti-Racism Community

A space for people tired of surface-level diversity conversations and ready for systemic change work. We focus on sustained learning and collective action because awareness without action is just comfortable knowledge consumption.

Beyond the Professional

I’m a proud mother and partner based in Barbados, working with clients across the UK, North America and the Caribbean. I read voraciously, take rest seriously, and believe that community is a survival mechanism and that our personal healing contributes to collective liberation.

I’m hopeful because I’ve witnessed too much change to believe transformation is impossible. Not naive hope, but strategic hope based on evidence that people can dismantle systems when they stop trying to reform them.

The systems designed to silence us don’t get the final say. We do. That’s what my work is for.
