About Soft Reset
For years, I thought I just wasn't disciplined enough.
I bought planner after planner. Downloaded the apps. Made the color-coded schedules. Promised myself, this time I'll stick with it.
I never did.
Life would happen. My plans would fall apart. I'd miss a few days, feel like I had failed, and quietly abandon the whole thing. Every new planner just became another reminder of everything I wasn't accomplishing.
As a single mom, I was juggling all of it — raising my kids, running a home, working, carrying the mental load, trying to remember a thousand little things every day.
I wasn't lazy. I wasn't unmotivated. I was overwhelmed.
Then something finally clicked.
The problem wasn't me. The problem was that the planners I kept buying weren't designed for real life. They expected perfection. Real life doesn't work that way.
That's why I created Soft Reset.
A reset is not a restart.
A restart feels like beginning from zero because you failed. A reset means you pause, regroup, adjust, and keep moving forward — without carrying the shame with you. Life doesn't require perfection. It requires flexibility.
Who I made this for
The mom who feels like she's constantly behind. Who carries everyone else's responsibilities before her own. Who wants to be more organized and more present, but is exhausted from trying systems that never seem to fit her life.
I created this planner for her.
When she opens it, I don't want her to feel pressure. I want her to feel relief. I want her to think, finally… something that understands my life.
If this planner helps you feel more in control of your days, more confident in yourself, and reminds you that progress matters more than perfection, then it has done exactly what it was created to do.
You don't need to become a different person. You just need a system that works with the life you actually have.
