Refund & Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with original packaging or tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
A full refund will be provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act of New Zealand.
We do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or changes in your circumstances. Measurements and sizing details are provided as clearly as possible—please review them carefully before purchasing. Sale items are not eligible for return.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not fit for use, please contact us at returns@showroomkit.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll investigate and honour our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
International Orders
Due to the nature of secondhand items and international shipping logistics, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or sizing on orders shipped outside New Zealand.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us with clear photos and any relevant documentation (e.g. tracking info or delivery proof). We’ll assess the issue and may offer a refund after investigation.
Returns Process (All Orders)
To start a return, email returns@showroomkit.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Please note we do not offer replacements in different sizes or colours.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.
