Asset Terms of Service

  1. I do NOT offer refunds. You are purchasing a digital product. If you have further questions beyond what you see on the product page before you purchase, feel free to ask in my server/open a ticket.
  2. REDISTRIBUTION BY ITSELF IS PROHIBITED!! You cannot use any assets in your nitro, post it in a server, send it to a friend, etc. You may not sell edits of my assets or give them out unless cleared through me (to verify for purchase). My assets are commercially licensed to be used on commercial products. They cannot be used on Free Models/Nitro Models.
  3. My assets are made for VRChat Only! Imports to other games/platforms is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
  4. Redistribution on a complete model for sale is ok with credit. Do not claim as your own. Link to my store when crediting and specify which product was used.
  5. Your customers MUST purchase the asset from me before they take it and resell it or reuse it for private use. Asset mining from your avatar to get my asset is prohibited. Editing your base avatar is fine, but they may not asset mine my asset. (Further example, if they use your avatar in your terms for self editing OK. If they REMOVE my asset from your avatar NOT OK)
  6. If you plan to an asset for a public model make sure to purchase the Commercial Use version.
  7. If an asset is being used for a commission, the person who is getting the final product must purchase the asset from me (purchase whatever version applies). You do not have to both purchase the asset, but as commissioner you are NOT allowed to use the asset for your own use, you must purchase it.
  8. If you use my product to help advertise YOUR product you MUST credit me. Give due diligence to your fellow creators.
  9. My assets are NOT to be used to promote hate speech or discrimination in any form.


Avatar Terms of Service

  1. I do NOT offer refunds. You are purchasing a digital product. If you have further questions beyond what you see on the product page before you purchase, feel free to ask in my server/open a ticket.
  2.  NO AVATARS ARE FOR RESALE OR REDISTRIBUTION! If a friend wants a version of an avatar from me, they can purchase it. Doing so will result as a ban from the server and possibly other servers as well, as well as purchasing in the future. This includes no; leaking, trading, friend uploads, or price splitting. If you are struggling financially, I may be open to an easy payment plan. Please open a ticket in my server.
  3. No avatars purchased through me are to be publicly uploaded onto your account, they are for private use only. Even if you've made edits/made Quest compatible, they are not to be made public.
  4. Taking individual parts that I have personally created for your own personal models is totally ok IF you have purchased the avatar (always refer to the terms on the asset list). You are NOT allowed to take parts from my avatars for Public/Commercial Use. I DO NOT ALLOW ASSET FARMING. IF YOU WANT TO USE ANY OF THE ASSETS FROM THIS AVATAR MADE BY ANOTHER CREATOR, SUPPORT THE ORIGINAL CREATOR DIRECTLY BEFORE USING FOR PERSONAL USE!
  5. DO NOT DO minimal changes of my work and turn the avatar around for resale. For example, do not take the entire head of the model with accessories/hair and use it for a public model or model for sale either. This ties into to rule 3.
  6. You MUST enter your Discord ID and VRChat name in order to legally purchase. Failure to do so will be met with a block from any future purchases, I consider this a small business, respect it as such. If you are purchasing this for a friend, make sure you hit the gift option on the top right corner next to email to email it directly to them. Make sure Payhip does not auto fill your Phone number.
  7. You MAY use my avatars for monetary streaming/content on Twitch/Fansly/OnlyFans, etc. You MUST give credit if someone inquires where it is from, and you must credit the avatar on any social media posts at least ONCE. You can find all my social links HERE if you would like to tag my Instagram/Twitter, etc. If you would like to convert my avatars to VRM/VTubing, please message me through my avatar server. The answer to this will most likely be no but for some I may be ok with it.
  8. I DO NOT OFFER UPLOADS! Please familiarize yourself with Unity, it's worth it I promise!
  9. You may NOT use my avatar to promote hate speech or discrimination in ANY FORM.
  10. My avatars are created for VRChat, but you are able to convert them to other VR Social platforms as long as you have purchased them!
