These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you ("you" or "user") and SkyeSage Creations ("we," "our," or "us") regarding the use of our products. By accessing or purchasing avatars from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. All products offered in this store are created by SkyeSage Creations, and the intellectual property rights remain with SkyeSage Creations. You may use purchased avatars for personal use within the VRChat platform, but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. This includes "leaking," "ripping," and uploading products to any platform and/or service as "public."
2. You may modify all products offered in this store, but any and all of our logo(s) and watermark(s) must remain present and visible.
3. You may use our products on livestreams and for "VTubing" with the proper accreditation, such as a hyperlink to our storefront.
4. All purchases made through our store are final and non-refundable. Payments are securely processed through PayPal and/or Stripe, and you agree to their terms and conditions.
5. To make a purchase, you may need to provide your email address and VRChat and Discord usernames. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the checkout process and to update it as necessary.
6. By purchasing a product, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product within VRChat unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product's store page. This license is for personal use only and does not permit commercial use or distribution, including "leaking," "ripping," and uploading products to any platform and/or service as "public."
7. You agree to use products purchased from our store in compliance with VRChat's Community Guidelines. Harassment, intimidation, or any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
8. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the store if we believe you violate these Terms. Any violation may result in the revocation of your license to use purchased products.
9. All products are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted use and are not responsible for any technical issues within the VRChat platform.
10. To the extent permitted by law, SkyeSage Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products.
11. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the store after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
