Breaking my Terms of Service means you will be blacklisted from my server and banned from my shop!

Products may have special rules only for that individual product, please be sure to read the product pages thoroughly before purchasing.

General Use

• Do not claim as your own creation

• Do not share/leak/split price any textures/assets/avatars

• Please heavily credit on store product and when asked about avatar/asset

• When crediting, please hyperlink the exact asset used for your store.

Avatars

Must be the age of 18 and over to be able to buy NSFW avatars

Anyone can buy my SFW avatars

• Do not use assets from my model for any personal/commercial use. Please buy the assets from their original shop.

• Modification/heavy edits are allowed as long as the avatar can still be recognizable. Please do not edit the face.

• Do not remove any logos from the avatar.

• Avatar use on social platforms are allowed. Credit is required.

• Do not upload all avatars publicly, must be set to private

Paid/Free Assets

You are personally/commercially allowed to use assets on:

• Paid Avatars
• Nitro Avatars
• Public Avatars
• Free Avatars
• Streaming Avatars
• Commissions (Must both own the same assets)

• Any form of modifying the asset to the point it doesn't look like my asset is not allowed

• Texture edits are allowed. If publishing the texture commercially, please credit me as the original asset maker.
