Orders take anywhere between 5-14 days to produce, since I need time to sign and package your books, and the shop is run by a teeny tiny team of two people.

In most cases, I use Evri (occasionally Royal Mail if Evri can't deliver to your address.) UK orders will arrive within 5 working days, US and CA orders will take 2-4 weeks, and Australia/New Zealand orders take around 4 weeks. If yours is taking longer, or your tracking hasn't updated in over a week, get in touch!

There are no refunds available on digital items. For signed books, I don't offer refunds, but I'll replace any damaged books or resend any orders that go missing.

For apparel, in some cases I can offer an exchange for a different size provided you return the original in good condition. All other items can be replaced if they arrived damaged, provided I have that item in stock. No refunds on stickers, bookmarks, art prints, etc.
