ꕤ No refunds or chargebacks! my products are digital and cannot be refunded or returned. if an apparent duplicate purchase was made you must contact me DIRECTLY as certain platforms occasionally have issues processing payments and may seem like a double charge was made when it wasn’t. 

ꕤ No public uploads

ꕤ If you post pictures/renders or any content in my avatars, you must credit me - must tag either my instagram, twitter, tiktok or gumroad

ꕤ You may use my avatars for promotional use (such as for assets or textures, streaming, and any form of content as long as you credit me and do not claim my work as your own and/or you are not banned/blacklisted from my server.

ꕤ if you’d like to give someone else your giveaway winnings (whether you won an avatar for free or it’s a discount code) PLEASE LET ME KNOW BEFORE HAND! if you’d like to do a giveaway with one of my avatars PLEASE LET ME KNOW. you are not entitled to hand out any of my files to others for free (this will be considered leaking no matter how the file was given ; such as dms, emails, giving your free link away, etc. this can result in a ban and blacklist)

ꕤ anything commissioned from me MUST be credited no matter how big or small.

ꕤ if i made a mistake during for a commission i will revise it for free; however, if the mistake was made on the commissioners end, depending on what it may be (sending broken files for a head merge, unity work, other blender work, etc.), i may charge a revision fee of around $10USD. Please make sure to double check anything before sending it over to me to work on.``
