Ashe Sass-Woodward is a horror author and the host of The Spooky Scholars Podcast and Horror Helpline. She believes horror is healthcare: a way of confronting the shadows we carry, exploring the parts of ourselves and our culture we’d rather avoid, and finding meaning in the monsters we create. Through storytelling, film, and shadow work, Ashe explores horror not simply as entertainment, but as a tool for understanding ourselves ...and surviving the dark.
