Hi, I’m Samuel Ssekamanje.


I wrote How to Fall Out of Love because I’ve been there too. That 3am overthinking. Checking their last seen. Pretending you’re “moving on” while your chest still hurts.


This book isn’t theory. It’s the steps I wish someone gave me when heartbreak felt like the end of the world. No judgment, no fake “just be positive” advice. Just real, practical tools to help you detach, heal, and rebuild yourself.


I believe you don’t “get over” someone overnight. But you can learn how to stop letting them live rent-free in your head. One day, one habit at a time.


If this book helps even one person breathe easier at night, then my pain had a purpose.
