I have struggled with weight loss my entire life, I have always been over weight. However my visit to the Doctor in January of 2016 changed my whole outlook on my health and well being. I decided to take action and be consistent with my ways to make a change. The only way i was able to be successful with weight loss was by following a low carb diet. Not only have I lost weight but i have also improved my health and i am so excited to help other people and show them it is not as hard as it seems.
