Reasons Why You Have Not Received Your Product
There are several reasons why your order may not have been completed successfully:
- Payment Not Completed Correctly: If the payment was not processed correctly, we recommend checking your bank account balance. Additionally, if the purchase was successful, you should have received a confirmation or receipt for the product you bought.
- Ticket Submission Required: To allow our customer support team to verify your purchase and assign the product license in "Parcel," you will need to open a support ticket. If everything is in order, the product will be provided to you.
- Credit Card Declined: This could happen if there are insufficient funds in your account or if your card was blocked by your bank.
Important Note: Please ensure that you have entered your email address and Discord username correctly. Otherwise, you will not receive a receipt in your email.
If your product has not been delivered, we recommend contacting our customer support team via our Discord server to resolve any issues.

Yeah! You can buy without creating an account. But it is recommended to create an account since all the licenses you have will appear in your profile.

It depends on the case. Stelar Innovation makes a refund if the product is bad or in poor condition. In some cases, the customer is given the choice if they want another product for the same value or want a money back.
In any case, we also recommend that you take a look at the purchase policy or open a ticket on our communications server.
