Section 1.

1.1) Any items sold here are to be credited appropriately. (ex: payhip link, gumroad link, product link, hyperlink) 

Section 2.

2.1) Any assets may be used on COMPLETE models for Commercial, Free, Public, and Nitro.

2.2) Assets are made for VRCHAT ONLY.

2.3) Editing avatars is acceptable, as long as it is still credited appropriately.

Section 3.

3.1) DO NOT sell or re-selling any assets/models by itself; claiming it as your work is prohibited.

- Any assets purchased MUST be on a complete/finished model. 

3.2) Asset farming from any purchased models is prohibited!

3.3) DO NOT share any of my avatars/assets. (ex: leaking, price-splitting, sharing with friends.)

Section 4.

4.1) As these are DIGITAL goods, there will be NO REFUNDS.

Terms Of Service can be changed at any point in time. TOS is effective for any current, past, or present assets and avatars.
