SCULPT COMMISSION TOS
I do NOT charge extra for personal/commercial usage licenses. It's one set price it doesn't matter if it's for a for sale model or not!
You MUST show proof of purchase of any and all assets you want (facial jewlery, eyebrows, eyelashes, face textures, etc) and must show proof for the bases you want sculpted as well!
First come first serve basis. I do not take payment until after I am done with the sculpt and the person who commissioned me is happy with the final product.
I offer TWO revisions once I am completely done and will provide updates if needed.
Once I start the sculpt you cannot change what you want done with it if it's a significant change (ex: changing the base to be sculpted, the entire facial shape, etc)
You CANNOT share your commission with anyone else. If you are allowing someone to use the edit I sculpt for you they must pay the same price you did for the commission. SHARING ASSETS FOR FREE OR WITHOUT DISCUSSION WITH ME IS A BREAK OF TOS and i will not allow you to commission me, will be blacklisted, banning from purchases, etc, and just how I see fit.
Do not rush me. I already work at a fast pace I promise your sculpt will be done unless communicated otherwise.
Please don't be rude. I ask questions to make sure I'm 100% understanding what you're asking for. It could be 2 questions or it could be 10 if I feel what you explain isn't grasping to me. If I don't understand something and it needs to be changed do not hesitate to correct me however be nice about it please.
COMMERCIAL USAGE TOS
If you use my sculpts for a for sale model you MUST credit me by linking my payhip, or discord server and my username. You can use the sculpt for free models, for sale models, and nitro models. You CANNOT use them for commissions for other people. The person commissioning you must either use a different sculpt not by me or commission me for said sculpt.
