She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration with a concentration in Information Technology and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology and Religious Studies. A 14-time best-selling author, including her notable work The Emergence of a Leader, Teara has also made her mark as an international speaker, deeply impacting those she serves. She lives in Louisiana with her husband and three sons, where she is committed to making a positive difference in her community, and in the lives of those around her.

As the Founder of The Leader Tree Consulting Group, Teara is widely respected for her expertise in team harmonization and leadership. With over a decade of experience as a Dental Practice Manager and having served as the former President of the Louisiana Chapter of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, she brings a deep understanding of building strong, cohesive teams. Currently, she manages a successful dental practice in Baton Rouge and enjoys mentoring emerging leaders in administration. Teara is also a proud member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), adding further depth to her leadership acumen.

Teara’s leadership extends far beyond the dental field. She is a certified behavioral analyst and a John Maxwell certified trainer, speaker, and coach, helping others identify and unbox their God given assignment.
