Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details at infi@2030.email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to returned items, which covers the costs associated with processing the product. The fee is deducted from the refund amount and is applicable only if the item is returned within the specified return period and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

You are responsible for all shipping costs when sending the product back to us for a refund.
