All readings are currently written and sent in a PDF file. For Reiki services you will also receive a PDF file explaining the process and some guidance on how to receive the Reiki and what to do before, during and after the session.

The Spiritual Guidance Session will be conducted through e-mail or text, whichever you prefer. I will also send a PDF with the tools you need, customized specifically for you.
