I decided to try the Carnivore lifestyle in March 2024. My husband and I had been watching more and more videos from people who had healed themselves from various illnesses and I was getting desperate to overcome my own health challenges. For the previous three years I had been on the "blood group diet" and had cut out much of the crap that most people make themselves sick with in today's society. I had experienced some improvements in my health but no where near enough. 


Before going Carnivore, I suffered with Hypothyroidism, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, severe bowel pains, severe PMS, Obesity and persistent warts on my feet that after 2 years of treatment still wouldn't go away. My husband persuaded me to try Carnivore for 30 days. I did and I haven't looked back. I still have hypothyroidism and, though I am 9kgs lighter than before I started, I am still overweight, but everything else has improved or been completely cured. The warts on my feet, were the biggest surprise. After 2 months on Carnivore, they all simply fell off! 


It used to be that if I did any physical activity, even a half hour slow walk, that would leave me wrecked for the rest of the day. I was a one activity a day person. I would lie in bed before the thing to do for the day and I would go straight to bed for a nap once it was done. Now I am walking for an hour every morning and lifting weights 2-3 times a week, as well as doing normal daily activities that used to be just THE activity for the day. I've got my life back and it's AWESOME!


As I started experience improvements in my health, I became more and more excited. I binge watched Carnivore influencers and read everything I could find about why this lifestyle works. Everywhere I went I couldn't stop talking about Carnivore to everyone I met. When the boss of a charity I volunteer for listened to my advice and saved himself from an operation to have 2 of his organs removed, I realised this was more than just about my health. I had a responsibility to pass on what I've learned and help whomever I could. That's why I decided to become a Carnivore Coach. It made sense to give my enthusiasm, acquired knowledge, empathy and support to people who wanted it and need it rather than just sing the praises of this way of eating to every random person I meet 24/7.

I have found that, although there is nothing complicated about going Carnivore, that many people don't take the plunge because it's scary to change and self-doubt and the temptation of addictive food leaves many with a lack of confidence in themselves. Plus, our bodies can sometimes react to changes in negative ways in the short term and that cab be scary too. A coach can help with all of these things and guide you through the changes until you are comfortable with your new lifestyle.

I offer 1 on 1 coaching for the first 30 days of your Carnivore journey for just $100 USD. If you still need help after that, then just $50 USD per month until you feel confident enough to carry on by yourself.
