About Me

Jeff Jackson, a former professional baseball player, selected as the 4th overall by the Phillies the 1989 MLB Draft. A highly regarded prospect, he earned the Gatorade High School Baseball Player of the Year Award that same year. However, despite his early potential, Jackson never reached the major leagues, spending nine seasons in the minor leagues.

A career marked by unmet expectations led him to play in independent leagues before his retirement in 1998. Subsequently, he co-authored book titled "The Gift and the Curse: The Jeff Jackson," in which he reflected on his experiences in professional baseball.
