For example, a book purchased by the New York Public Library cannot be accessed or used by the Boston Public Library or any other unrelated library system.

License Validity: This license remains in effect for as long as the eBook is offered by the library and may only be used by patrons of the library system that purchased the license.

No Resale or Redistribution: The licensed eBook may not be resold, redistributed, or republished by any third party.

No Refunds Policy: All eBook sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods and the instant access granted upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. Libraries are advised to carefully review all purchase details prior to completing a transaction.
