Terms of Usage
Individual Purchases
eBooks purchased through this website are licensed strictly for individual, personal use. By completing a purchase, the buyer receives a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download, store, and read the eBook on compatible devices for private reading. These purchases do not grant any rights for sharing, lending, resale, classroom use, library circulation, or institutional access. Uploading the eBook to shared systems, websites, repositories, or lending platforms, whether free or paid, is not permitted.
All eBooks sold through this store remain the intellectual property of the author and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, redistribution, or public display of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited. The eBooks are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and the author or store shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or technical issues arising from the use or inability to use the purchased eBook.
Because digital access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Buyers are advised to review product descriptions and licensing information carefully before completing a transaction. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes related to individual purchases shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
Libraries and Institutional Purchases
Libraries, institutions, and organizations that require broader usage rights may purchase eBooks only through a separate institutional licensing agreement arranged directly with the author. Institutional licenses are not sold through this website and are priced separately to reflect their expanded usage scope.
An institutional license allows unlimited and simultaneous access to the licensed eBook exclusively within the purchasing institution’s own system, including its main library and officially affiliated branches operating under the same administrative authority. The licensed eBook may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or made accessible to other library systems or external organizations. For example, an eBook licensed by one library system may not be used by unrelated libraries or institutions.
Institutional licenses remain valid for as long as the institution offers access to the eBook to its patrons and complies with the agreed terms. The eBook may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or commercially exploited by any third party, and all intellectual property rights remain with the author. Institutional purchases are final and non-refundable. The author is not liable for technical issues or service interruptions arising from the institution’s own hosting or access systems.
All institutional licensing agreements are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore. The author reserves the right to revise these terms for future purchases without affecting licenses already granted.
