Hello, my name is Taliyah, or as a few people on IG know me as @the_ketobohemian. I am on a journey to health and fitness, along my journey I have lost a collective of 56.6 pounds. A lot of you have been asking me what I've done to lose as much weight as I have in only 5 short months.
