DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

All products sold through The Traveler’s Desk are digital products. No physical product will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your files. A download link will also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

REFUND POLICY

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, are charged more than once for the same purchase, or cannot access your download, please contact hello@thetravelersdesk.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make a reasonable effort to correct the problem and, when appropriate, may provide a replacement file or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the digital product for your own personal use.

You may download and print a copy for your personal use. You may not share, copy for others, reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, publish, sublicense, or use any portion of the product for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Traveler’s Desk.

Travel rules, airline policies, entry requirements, fees, health requirements, and pet-related regulations can change. Buyers are responsible for verifying current requirements directly with veterinarians, airlines, lodging providers, government agencies, and other appropriate official sources before traveling.

The Traveler’s Desk does not guarantee specific travel outcomes and is not responsible for losses, injuries, delays, denied travel, additional expenses, or other consequences arising from reliance on the information provided.
