Verified accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded. Custom Setup Sprint: Cancel for a full refund before configuration work begins. After work begins, any refund reflects completed work, delivered materials, reserved time, and mandatory rights. If TidyMargin cancels, the unperformed portion will be refunded. Approved refunds return through the original payment method. Include the order email, order number, product name, and a brief description. Do not send payment credentials or passwords.
