These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” and "Participant") and Tijmeless Audio ("Tijmeless Audio", "Company", "we", "us", “our” and "Organizer"), concerning your access to and use of our contests ("Contest"). By entering a contest, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of our Contest after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Contests are open to participants worldwide, unless stated otherwise.

Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence or have parental/guardian consent.

Each entry must be the original work of the participant and comply with submission requirements.

2. Contest Period

Each Contest will have a specified start and end date. Entries must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.

3. Winner Selection

The judging panel's decision is final and cannot be appealed. Winners will be announced on the Tijmeless Audio website and/or social media. Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 1 week (7 days) to claim their prize.

4. Prizes

The prizes for each Contest will be outlined in the contest announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives, except otherwise stated. The Organizer is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or shipping costs associated with the prizes. If a winner fails to claim their prize within the designated period, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Participants retain full ownership of their submitted work. By entering the Contest, winners grant Tijmeless Audio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submission for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, product pages, and marketing materials. Participants confirm that their entries do not infringe upon any third-party rights. Tijmeless Audio does not claim ownership over any submissions beyond the rights granted in these Terms.

6. Publicity And Promotion

Tijmeless Audio may use the names, social media handles, and submitted content of winners for promotional purposes. Participants are encouraged to share their process on social media using the designated contest hashtag. Entries will not be made public unless permission is granted by the participant.

7. Disqualification & Contest Modifications

Tijmeless Audio reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. Tijmeless Audio may modify, extend, or cancel the Contest if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any attempts to manipulate or cheat the Contest process will result in immediate disqualification.

8. Limitation Of Liability

Tijmeless Audio is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or other factors outside of its control. Participants enter the Contest at their own risk, and Tijmeless Audio is not liable for any damages resulting from participation. Tijmeless Audio is not responsible for any third-party claims related to submitted content.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data collected during the Contest will be used solely for administration and communication purposes. Tijmeless Audio will not share participants' personal data with third parties without consent.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands. Any disputes must be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws.
