My security is top-notch! I utilize SSL (Secure Socket Layer) server software to ensure your data is fully encrypted and secure. Additionally, credit and debit card transactions are protected via the 3D Secure process. As for your card information, I neither store nor have access to any credit card details. All transactions are processed through highly secure third-party payment gateways: Stripe for card payments and PayPal for PayPal transactions.

Indeed, you retain ownership of your compositions that include my samples, loops, and presets. However, the copyright to the individual sounds and my sounds used in your compositions is not owned by you. This means that other customers may also use the same sounds without violating your copyright, just as you can use sounds others have incorporated.

It's uncommon, but it can occur. Content ID systems might mistakenly identify your song as a duplicate if another Tijmeless Audio user employs the same melodic loop. This can happen even if you modify the loop by chopping, pitching, or stretching it. Should this issue arise, contest the claim, clarify that you utilized a royalty-free loop, provide the name of the sample or loop, and attach links to both the product page and my copyright page. Distributors and labels understand the nature of royalty-free loops and will typically revoke the claim without issue.

Please be aware that some of my products include project files which, are not royalty-free. These files are intended exclusively for educational use and must not be utilized for commercial or any other non-commercial purposes.

You can also access all of your downloads via the "My Account"-tab.

Whenever an order has been processed successfully you should receive at least 1 email; an order confirmation containing your download links.

If you have not received this email, a few of things could have happened:

• The email could’ve ended up in your spam folder.
• The email could’ve been stopped by the spam filter from your email provider.
• You could’ve accidentally filled in the wrong email address.
• You could’ve accidentally made a typo in your email address.
• The order or the transaction could’ve failed, thus not completing the order.

I recommend customers ensure they are checking the same email account that they placed the order with, then check your spam folder.

After ordering, you will gain immediate access to your downloads through my website. You will also receive a confirmation email with all of your order details and an additional set of download links. 

I don’t offer student discounts because the prices are already as low as I can make them. But I do run sales from time to time, and I even have a referral program where you can share products with friends and earn discounts yourself. The more friends who buy, the bigger your reward, up to getting a product for free!

To see what version of Vital you have installed, open Vital within your DAW and click the Vital logo in the top left corner of Vital’s main screen.

A splash screen will pop up, and underneath the main “Vital” text you should see text that says “Version 1.5.5”. The numbers here tell you what version of Vital you’re using, and if it’s not the latest version (which can be found on your account page on the Vital website), you might want to update.

This error indicates the Vital preset or Vitalbank were made with a newer version of Vital than you currently have. Once you update to the latest version of Vital this error message should disappear.

To update Vital, visit your account page on the Vital website and download the latest version (Which is 1.5.5). 

Once Vital is updated, quit your DAW and reopen it. Vital will now be updated and the error message will no longer appear.
