The Echoes of the Neon Light Music Production Contest is an open global contest inviting participants to create original music tracks using the Echoes of the Neon Light preset pack for Vital (or the LITE version).

Contest Rules
Make sure you are familiar with all the rules and adhere to them. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification. Repeated violations will lead to being blacklisted from future participation.
Original Music Contest Rules
1. Submission & Formatting
- Entries must be submitted via the official contest email: contest@tijmelessaudio.com.
- Songs must be in English.
- If a song has lyrics, they must be included in the submission email.
- Songs must adhere to the general theme and include all required elements.
- Song titles & lyrics must match the provided submission details—no last-minute changes.
- Songs must be between 2-3 minutes long.
- Audio quality must meet a minimum standard—no low-quality or distorted recordings.
- Contestants must submit their song in WAV format.
2. Originality & Ownership
- Songs must be original compositions—no covers or remixes of existing songs are allowed.
- No AI-generated music—all music and lyrics must be 100% human-created.
- No unauthorized samples—any sampled music must have proper rights.
- Contestants must own full rights to their song—no label disputes or legal conflicts.
- No pre-release songs—songs must not be publicly available before the contest.
3. Entry Limits & Contestant Rules
- One entry per person—no multiple submissions.
- No multiple aliases—each contestant may only enter under one name or identity.
- No collaborations—each entry must be created by a single contestant.
- Judges cannot be contestants.
4. Content Guidelines
- No offensive lyrics or hate speech—any entry containing such content will be disqualified.
- No excessive political or controversial themes—keep the focus on the music.
- No copyrighted lyrics—all lyrics must be original.
- If mild profanity is allowed, it must be disclosed upon submission.
5. Resubmission & Modification Rules
- No song resubmissions—a song that has competed before cannot be re-entered.
- No last-minute changes—once a song is submitted, no modifications to lyrics or titles are allowed.
- No last-minute rule changes—rules remain consistent once the contest starts.
6. Judging & Fair Play
- The judges' decision is final, and disputes must be handled privately with the organizers.
- Judges cannot be contestants.
- No bribing judges or organizers—any attempt to influence results will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Contestants must not attempt to manipulate voting, judging, or results in any way.
- No public complaints about judging—disputes should be directed to the contest organizers.
- Each contestant must provide a short song description (such as why they chose the genre) to help judges understand the piece.
7. Technical Responsibility
- Contestants are responsible for ensuring their submissions work properly—technical failures (e.g., no audio, corrupted files) are not the responsibility of the contest organizers.
8. Production & Sound Design
- Minimal post-processing—excessive autotune, pitch correction, or overuse of effects that alter the integrity of a live performance may result in disqualification.
- Background music must be original—all instrumentals or backing tracks must be created by the contestant.
- No excessive sound effects or spoken word—this is a music contest, not a sound design or spoken word competition.
9. Submission Deadline & Legal Compliance
- Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Contestants must follow all local laws and regulations—no illegal content or behavior.
10. Finalist & Winner Rules
- Finalists may be asked to submit additional documentation.
- Finalists will be required to answer a question as proof of their authenticity.
- By entering, contestants agree that winning entries may be showcased, streamed, or shared by the contest organizers for promotional purposes.
- Contestants must be reachable—if a winner cannot be contacted within a specified period, the prize may be forfeited.
11. Rule Enforcement & Organizer Authority
- Breaking the rules or exploiting loopholes = Disqualification—no exceptions.
- Tijmeless Audio reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
- The decision of the organizers is final in cases of disputes or gray areas.
