1. Product Licensing And Download Credits

All products made available for download on the Site are licensed to you, not sold, granting you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license to use the purchased digital products in accordance with these Terms.

You do not acquire ownership rights in the products, and you may not redistribute, modify, or use these products for commercial purposes.

Access to download credits, which enable you to obtain licensed products, may be revoked, suspended, or altered at my discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving violations of these Terms, abusive or fraudulent activity on your account, or non-payment for products or services.

2. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or objectionable.
