1. Digital Products (Downloads & Templates)
Due to the immediate, irrecoverable nature of digital content upon delivery, we maintain a strict policy for digital items:
- All Sales Are Final: Except as provided below, all purchases of digital products, downloads, e-books, and templates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
- Exceptions for Digital Goods: We will issue a refund or replacement for digital products only under the following circumstances:
- The digital file is corrupted, broken, or defective, and our technical support team cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days.
- You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same digital product.
- The product description fundamentally misrepresented what was delivered.

2. Physical Products
For physical goods shipped to your address, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your tracking number marks the package as delivered.
Return Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached.
- You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Physical Items:
- Personalized, customized, or custom-made goods.
- Perishable items or intimate/hygiene goods.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Received
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If a physical item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical item (or approve an exception for a digital product), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original method of payment (PayPal or Stripe/Credit Card).
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10] business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective items), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
