I’m Timo Tolkki, a Finnish guitarist, songwriter and producer, best known for my work with Stratovarius, where I spent more than two decades writing, recording and producing music.

Throughout my career I’ve worked on dozens of albums and spent thousands of hours in recording studios, learning the craft of songwriting, production, recording and mixing through hands-on experience.

This store is a place for me to share some of that knowledge directly.

Here you’ll find books, music, studio material and other digital releases based on my own experiences — including detailed insights into how the classic Stratovarius albums were actually recorded and mixed.

My aim is simple: to share useful knowledge from a lifetime of making music.
