I myself struggled with physical pain and restrictions at a very young age, and this is what guided me to doing the work I do today as a Chiropractor.
One thing we are not taught however is the connection between emotional health and physical health.
If we don't release negative emotions they become trapped in our body which then leads to physical issues.
For example, women often store emotions in their hips which is one reason why so many struggle with hip pain.
Alongside my courses to help with the physical I also wanted to create a workbook to help you release the emotions.
It can be done in your own time but it is important to work through every step.
There have been times in my life where I have really struggled with both emotional and physical stress, and I truly believe that one was linked to the other.
The tools I share in this workbook are things that helped me so much and helped me get to where I am today, and because of that I just want to share them with others. and hope that it gives you the same relief that it did me.
