1. Eligibility

1.1 This refund policy applies to all digital products purchased through our website.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of the purchase and demonstrate that the product is defective, not as described, or does not meet your expectations.

2. Refund Requests

2.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2.2 All refund requests must be made in writing and sent throught the Contact Form. Please provide the following information:

• Order number [order ID]
• Reason for requesting the refund
• Description of the issue or problem encountered

3. Non-Refundable Cases

3.1 Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• If the refund request is made after the specified timeframe mentioned in section 2.1.
• If the digital product is a Full Licensed Product, or a Ghost Production[Only Partial Refunds will be offered].
• If the issue is a matter of personal preference or change of mind.
• If some fraudulent behaviour has been spotted in the customer actions.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Once we receive and review your refund request, we will assess its eligibility based on the criteria mentioned in section 1.2.

4.2 If the refund is approved, we will issue a refund within 20 days or more using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that certain payment processors may take longer to process refunds.

4.3 If the refund request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation of the reason for denial.

6. Ghost Production Refunds

6.1 If you felt not satisfied with a purchased Ghost Production from "Techno and Trance Production" Site, we will offer you a Partial Refund on what you spent into a Ghost Production acquired in here, the Site.

7. Have in mind:

7.1 All your previous acquired rights over the ghost production will be removed, and "Techno and Trance Production" will be the owner of the refunded product to do whatever he wants with it.

7.2 The refund process will be the same as described in the section 1.2.

If a fraudulent behaviour has been spotted the refund will be denied and the purchaser will be in the site Blacklist.
