This is a short, practical workbook for beginners. The focus is on establishing a daily habit and routine that supports the overall well-being of women. The chapters focus on nutrition, money, and environment-related self-care tips. There is also a section focusing on setting healthy boundaries. What I really like, although it's not new to me, is the wheel of life. It can really help in seeing things more clearly regarding the different life areas. Highly recommended for everyone who feels that self-care has never been a primary focus in their life
