1. DO NOT make any of the avatars public under any circumstance- nor will you share files of assets/props even if it's to let your friend use

2. All sales are final.

3. Do NOT claim as your own. thats just no cool.

4. The avatars and or assets/props you buy from my shop are NOT refundable since they are digital products.

5. I am NOT responsible for any updates FROM Vrchat that break the avatars

6. Some Avatars will be UPLOAD ONLY

Unless specified with a file sale.

7. If you wish to use my model/s or assets/propsp for any kind of media/platform like Instagram/TikTok/Youtube/Twitch (any kind of media that allows you to profit from it) you MUST credit me somewhere CLEARLY VISIBLE, on your page/description/video/etc!

8. If you fail to read information readily available on the products page or in my TOS/etc, I am NOT responsible nor liable, it is on the customer to pay attention and read! You can also always message me via my Discord or Twitter, and ask before purchasing something if you are unsure.

9. If you do not like/will not follow/abide or respect my Terms of Use, please DO NOT buy/use my models/assets, don't try to argue or bend my TOS, that is highly disrespectful.

10. If you are found to be in violation of any of the TOS it will result in you being blacklisted unless given a valid reason to not be from my avatars and discord server. if chosen to not be blacklisted, you will be put on a watchlist. Me and my associates/helpers pay attention.

11. IF YOU ARE FOUND WITH ANY RIPPED AVATARS ON YOUR ACCOUNT, AND ARE FOUND TO HAVE KNOWINGLY ACCEPTED THEM. YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED

12. I have the right to refuse to sell to anyone, for any reason

13. If you slander me in any way, shape or form, expect to face the consequences

14. PLEASE Don't share the files with anyone unless i give permission to, I worked very hard on these assets/models and avis.

Also a reminder, I am human, i dont work on models/assets/avis, or art 24/7.
