He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed professional in the field. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from a leading Philippine business school. His theological training includes graduate studies at a U.S.-based seminary, where he pursued a Master of Arts in Theology.

Currently, Jobert serves as the Dean of a mobile Bible school initiative and has held leadership roles in a local evangelical church for over a decade. In parallel with his ministry work, he brings 27 years of experience in the semiconductor and electronics industry, providing him with valuable insight into the intersection of technology, society, and faith.
