Briana Felix, MBA, MLS, is a Latina author, entrepreneur, and nonprofit executive passionate about empowering young girls—especially Latinas—to pursue leadership and careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math). She is the author of Luna the Inventora, a bilingual children’s book that inspires young readers to lead with imagination, confidence, and cultural pride.

Briana’s work bridges education, storytelling, and equity. Through her consulting firm, Empowerment Evolution, and her leadership of the Futuriza Scholarship Fund, she advocates for educational access, gender equity, and culturally relevant programming for underserved communities.

Her mission is to uplift the next generation of innovators, engineers, and changemakers—starting with one story at a time.
