Nō Muriwhenua ahau

Ko Ramari Ana tōku ingoa

For the past nine years, I have walked deeply in the realm of Rongoā Māori — guided by my tūpuna, the whenua, and the quiet whispers of wairua. This path has been more than study or practice; it has been a lifelong remembering, a returning to the ancient ways of healing that live within us all.

My journey has taken me across many thresholds: from the practical knowledge of plants and their medicine, to the sacred art of mirimiri, to the unseen spaces of Mahi Wairua where I walk between realms. Through my matakitetanga, visions and guidance arrive not only for myself but for the collective. These lessons, gifted to me in both light and shadow, have shaped me into the vessel I am today.

I do not claim titles, for they belong to our kaumātua and tohunga who came before. Instead, I stand in service. My purpose is to create offerings that honour our traditions while meeting the needs of today — spaces where others can reconnect to their own mauri, remember their own mana, and reclaim their innate capacity to heal.

Every workshop, every wānanga, every product, every encounter is an extension of my aroha for people and my passion for sharing mātauranga. The wisdom I carry is not mine alone — it is the echo of those who walked before us, ready to be passed into the hands and hearts of those who are called to receive it.
