My background is in psychology, and I’ve always been deeply interested in how people think, make decisions, build relationships and change their lives. Over the years, I’ve also explored numerology, personal development and different approaches to understanding ourselves better.

But my greatest education has been life itself.

I’ve had to start over, adapt, make difficult decisions, learn new skills and find my way through periods when there was no clear plan. Today, I’ve built a life in which I feel happy, loved and genuinely fulfilled.
