About Me
I've been a nurse since 2006 and before that, I spent about three years as a CNA, so I know this journey from the very first step.
Almost my whole career has been in long-term care. I spent about a year in home care, and it taught me something about myself: it wasn't for me. I need to be busy. Long-term care is where I belong.
I'm licensed in New Jersey, Florida, and Ohio, and I've found that in every state I've worked, the basics of good nursing are the same. Today I manage a unit of 60 patients, 6 nurses, and 20 CNAs across three shifts. I train new nurses as they're hired and through orientation, and I advocate for my staff and my patients all day long, every day.
I'm an old-school nurse, and we keep it real. That's the experience behind everything in this store.
