Hi, I'm Christal Shelby from Tennessee. I started writing this book a few years ago to help encourage others struggling with depression, negativity, etc. and wanting to have more courage to face their dreams and goals. After many years of my own struggles and working thru them, I felt I had words of wisdom I had learned to share.
