After purchasing a product from UlsterFry Berets, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions, as well as the regulations outlined for the use of that specific product.

You do not have the right to distribute the product file to anyone who does not possess a personal product license. If you are found to be in violation of this policy, your license will be revoked, prohibiting you from using the product. Additionally, you will be blacklisted from UlsterFry Berets and its affiliated partners and subsidiaries.

You do not have the right to resell the product or product license to any individual or business without purchasing or obtaining the appropriate resale license from UlsterFry Berets and its subsidiaries through proper channels.

You do not have the right to claim that a product was created by you, regardless of your resale license. Doing so may result in the revocation of your product license, the revocation of your resale license, and a blacklist from UlsterFry Berets and its respective partners and subsidiaries.

UlsterFry Berets and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse a commission, even after payment has been made, if the developer feels uncomfortable completing the order.

Customers are prohibited from requesting berets or cap badges that violate the Terms of Service of Discord or Roblox.

When purchasing a commission from UlsterFry Berets and its subsidiaries, you are acquiring a cap badge. The beret itself holds no intrinsic value in the commission and is included solely as a courtesy.

Commissioned products can be resold by UlsterFry Berets at any price. The only way to opt out of this resale option is to pay an additional fee to prevent the product from being resold. If the product is resold, you will receive the product license for that beret in addition to the commissioned beret.

UlsterFry Berets reserves the right to blacklist and revoke licenses (both product and resale) from any individual or business if there is a justifiable reason.

UlsterFry Berets shall not be held liable for any issues beyond their reasonable scope of control.

UlsterFry Berets is not obligated to issue refunds and reserves the right to refuse them.

UlsterFry Berets has the right to sell and trade a product licence holders soul, organs and other bodily instruments at no cost.
